Cruise Through Budapest - Discover, Dine & Relax

Despite a very low occupancy on our Danube cruise, the crew set off and made our stay a wonderful experience.

I booked online, at first of course I was a bit skeptical. Instead everything went very well. I was in Budapest during the June 2 bridge. The booking confirmation came directly to the email. From the app I downloaded the tickets. Punctual departure, 10 p.m. sailing. recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket. The view was very very nice

The scenery was delightful, and purchasing tickets was straightforward. However, the boat driver's pacing was somewhat uneven, speeding past some sights while lingering at others, before attempting to make up for lost time.

Great! Got there earlier than our actual timing, so we changed and just hopped on to an ealier cruise and they let us. Worth your money and time! Definitely should take this on the first day of your tour/visit in Budapest. Entry to the boat was easy and smooth. I think both day and night cruise are great!

The calmness with which we navigated gave the opportunity to see, photograph, film all the beauty of Budapest. The audio guide support was most useful because it is always nice to know the history. Kudos to the girls, very kind and patient in accommodating all requests on board

I really enjoyed the tour taken on the Danube cruise because I got to see the city lit up at night. It was very exciting. I recommend showing up much earlier at embarkation because there was a long line of people.

It was a beautiful experience. The illuminated Parliament is spectacular. On the boat, unfortunately, there was not all the free space on the open-air roof, only half of it, so not everyone could look out over the river or take pictures without the presence of other people. However, the monuments could still be seen well

The route the ship took was fine and the professional staff was very courteous.

It's expensive but they let you go up to the top when it's full and prevents you from seeing those of us at the top, they should control these rises.

They do not provide a complimentary drink as was advertised on the ticket price. They said this was false information given by Headout.

Very clear instructions and communication on where to go and what the cruise includes. Was able to download an application with audio with description and history of the monuments. Totally worth it 😊Chose to go at 22:00 and got to see all Budapest during the night and all the buildings with beautiful lights.

Acceptable experience, not "unsatisfactory." Space available to enjoy the Danube cruise outside was limited in relation to those present. Long line at embarkation.

The ticket mentioned the inclusion of a welcome drink, but the ladies managing at the venue informed its just a 'Normal' ticket and informed me that HeadOut is at fault for not correcting it. The queue system was a bit stressful and it was clear First cum first serve basis, a race to the top. The boat itself was really nice and the cruise was enjoyable. Except for the ticket inclusions confusion and the management at the start to let in to the cruise, I have no other complaints. It was a wonderful experience on the cruise. The silverline audio guide was a personal hit for me.

Both the internet booking, and the seating were fine, on time and easy. I thought it was bad that while we are all seated the views are great but from the jetty exit people got up, stood on the gunwale and from the seated position you couldn't see anything. That would not be allowed in a movie theater, in a theater, at a concert. By the way, a little music would not be bad.

Very kind and helpful shipboard staff. The cruise was beautiful and the sunset was a magical moment for us as a couple. Highly recommended

The Budapest Danube River Sightseeing Cruise was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the drink selection was nice. The staff was friendly and everything was well-organized. A perfect way to experience the beauty of Budapest! Highly recommend!

We booked the cruise at 7 p.m. We found no line to get on, it wasn't full so the atmosphere was quiet and we enjoyed the show while sipping cocktails

Despite the rain, the tour was an experience. The way the explanations were given by 2 people (female/male voice) and the assignment to the places Pest and Buda was very pleasant and entertaining, better than "look left - look right".) Sufficient facts were given, information was not too extensive and therefore guaranteed to be remembered for longer. As it was a birthday present, the drink of choice was a goodie.

Super nice experience, too bad we ran into 2 very noisy groups of friends and as the weather wasn't great, everyone was inside so there was a lot of noise. And we were a little disappointed that we only had an hour to visit the museum, even though it said 1h30 when we bought the tickets.

Woow, beautiful experience, on an old-fashioned but very well maintained riverboat, it was all great to be able to admire the splendor of Budapest.

The views from Danube are fantastic and the welcome drink was very nice. The 'guide' was an online one which was fine but it kept breaking up for me. I wish there was someone there (a person) to alert us to the site we were approaching. Following the online guide and trying to spot the next site proved challenging at times.

The small boat makes for a quieter and more collected experience. Several stops are touched. The service on board is excellent, even with glass glasses and stemware. The staff very friendly. Price absolutely adequate.

The views and It's more personnal than others because there are less People and you can enjoy more.

Wonderful for 18 euros for a single trip. We stood outside the boat in the shade. As soon as you arrive they give you a free glass of cava. Then come musicians with violin and so on. Super cool the boat inside. Totally recommended for this price as others are more expensive.

Everything. I loved everything. I'm here on vacation with my boyfriend, and the aim is also to get to know the country's culture. And what a great way. Typical food and music, incredible atmosphere, wonderful views of the city. The only thing I didn't like was the way the girl at the entrance to the cruise ship (with pigtails), who also sings, looked at me up and down. Yes, from top to bottom. I think she thought I was in the wrong place. It was very stupid. The guy who served us during dinner, Zóivat, was extremely polite, humble and professional. Extremely friendly, respectful and attentive. He explained a typical Hungarian restaurant to my boyfriend, talked to him about us, Portugal and so did he. In short. I loved it. Once again, I bought my tickets with Headout because they are professional, serious, practical and quick to deliver.

I found it a very fun and entertaining experience. The food was spectacular, very good and sufficient! 100% recommendable. Choose the best window because it gives you the option to open a little if you are hot and the views are breathtaking.

The view over Budapest was magnificent. However, the music was too loud and the singer sang out of tune... the meal was banal... The experience lasted 2 hours instead of the 3 indicated on the ticket. Service was a bit rushed... the windows don't allow an unobstructed view, so you have to go out onto the pontoon.

It was nice, but the price was too high.

We loved it! The baths are magnificent, the staff are friendly. Everything is clean. The pool water is very warm. Truly an experience not to be missed!

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.

What I loved the most about this experience was entering lots of saunas and pools. I had a really different experience for me.

Everything is well organized, with badge entry and private lockers. Everything is very clean, toilets and showers. People clean up all the time. It's a pity that the central pool is being renovated.

The highlight of my visit was the whirlpool in the fun pool and the large outdoor hot pool. Was great having the safety and privacy of a private cabin. Was a great day spent 5 hours just having fun.

The attraction went very well, but I had paid for 2 cabins and the person who greeted us saw that we were a couple and gave us only one cabin, which was a shame.

Lovely trip to the spa, went early in the day so wasn't too busy. The thermal pools were amazing & the sauna & steam rooms. Chose the changing room & storage ticket which was worth spending extra on for peace of mind with your belongings. The pools started to get busy as we were leaving at around 1pm

Great fun, we went early before it was too busy which was good. There was a lady helping with the cabin wristbands which helped as we'd never been before. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our visit. The booking went smoothly from start to finish.

Everything was great, but with basic ticket you dont enter for the front door but in the back. In the front they try to sell to you the VIP ticket, just a scam.

Beautiful site. But the weather was not so good. We really enjoyed the many pools, spas and hammams. A very pleasant experience! Unfortunately, one of the outdoor pools was being renovated, so it was very crowded.

It was all fast and we had a great variety of pools to enjoy, the cabins available upon arrival and at all times guided by the staff. It was a pity that the pool in the center was under construction.

We had a great experience! We got the private changin booths, definitely worth it to get change in privacy and store your belongings securely. We much preferred the outside baths as it was a lovely sunny day but the inside ones were quite nice as well. Definitely recommend as and activity.

Really very nice and big! Very useful private cabins, especially for leaving personal belongings! Only downside--the price of food!!! By the outside pools there is both drink kiosk and self service restaurant...the restaurant was a real rip-off! I recommend bringing 2 sandwiches from home

The Szechenyi Thermal baths were fantastic. What a lovely experience, varying from the thermal outdoor pools to a wide variety of indoor pools, all at different temperatures. Everything was well organised and easy to navigate.

The reservation with Headout was no problem. We went in and everything we booked was included. Széchenyi Spa was a disappointment. Too many people and the outside pools were separated by a tarp (perhaps construction work) which made it look bad. I regret having opted for this spa. I am sure any other in Budapest would have been a more pleasant experience. I will be back

Amazing place - I've not been to a thermal bath before and this was a great experience. It was being refurbished so one of the pools was currently closed. Perhaps at £30 for basic entry a little expensive but you could stay all day. If you want to Would recommend a visit.

A great day out and once in a lifetime experience, however the main pool is closed for refurbishment (as you can see on the right of the photograph, there was scaffolding all round it) which we had not been told about. We would've chosen a different experience had we known. Was a bit disappointing.

Pre-visit communication (emails, app, etc.) is very clear. No problems encountered during the various tours The audioguide is practical, especially on the Danube, we learned a lot and the evening lights are magnificent!

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.

The location was respectable. Very comprehensive tour with very good organization. I highly recommend it for those who are in Budapest !

The tour is well organized, even as far as check in is concerned. The parliament building is amazing and really worth a visit!

We followed a guard with the audio guide for the French translation. The text gives all the details of the rooms we pass through, but is concise enough not to lose the viewer. From the staircase to the press room, where all the trades are represented thanks to the statuettes that adorn the top of the walls, from the corridors to the hemicycle room where the European representatives sit, the Parliament is Hungary's real treasure.

This Parliament is so magnificent, inside and out. It's brimming with history, which we discover during the tour with the audioguides. I just find that the tour is rather short: we only see part of the 4th floor, and it lasts 30 minutes if you take out the time spent with security, audioguide distribution and so on. So I was a bit disappointed, but it's worth doing! The Headout organization is a bit scary, because you have to find someone on the spot, give your ID and then get your ticket, but everything went smoothly - we were a whole group! It's not a scam at all!
